Review: Great value! - Let's be clear: This is not a "go to the gym and prepare for a marathon" kind of treadmill. It's small, compact, and the belt area is large enough to run on, but barely. It's clearly designed for someone who prefers to walk, and who needs to fold it up between sessions. That someone is me. For that purpose it works great. It folds up easily, folds down just as great, and the "computer" is easy to manage. It has four preset speeds (metric only) but you can easily adjust to what makes your walk comfortable. There are 12? preset programs for interval training, varying from various walking speeds to various running speeds. It has three angled slopes, I have not tried them all yet, but they are easy to change. I can walk and run without holding the handles, but it is easier to walk straight if I hold on the handles at least with a finger or two. The belt is not wide enough for my wobble. The box was sturdy, all parts were included, and the instructions were easy to follow. All that was needed was install the handles on the base, and to install the computer unit to the handles. The only missing info is where to apply the silicon anti-friction oil. I guess it goes under the belt, but exactly where and how much is unclear. All in all this is a great value for a budget small electric treadmill. It lets me get my exercise without being dependent on outdoor climate, or wasting time commuting to the gym. I have since hacked a cupholder, and a Tablet/bookstand that hooks over the computer. Now it's perfect.
Review: Happy with it! - I have never been on a treadmill but decided I'd like to start using one. I bought this one because it had decent reviews, could support me, and was light enough that I figured I could handle getting it up my staircase on my own. It's a great treadmill! Assembly: there is a manual but it's rather hard to understand. The names of items on the list doesn't correspond to the directions. The provided Allen wrench does not fit the screws sent. At first I tried but eventually did my best guess to assembly the handle bars. I did not use the lubricant. I read in some of my research that you should let a treadmill run for an hour before you use it. I did this and it automatically shut off after an hour. I have 15 steps in my house. I took the pieces out of the box and hauled the main part up the stairs myself. It was heavy but mostly awkward. The reported weight is probably accurate but I do like the lighter weight of this machine. Use: I am 5'8" and close to the weight limit. I feel like sometimes my stride could get a little long for the belt and the more I've walked and I get a little tired my stride must get a little sloppy because my foot might contact the sides. But I think these are minor and they wouldn't prevent me from ordering it again. It is pretty quiet. It's not silent but it's not loud either. I only turn the TV up a slight bit higher. I have not used any of the preset paces. The speed is very easy to adjust. The slowest it goes is .6 mph and you can make it go up or down .01 mph very easily. I found I adjust it frequently as my pace gets steadier and I get a little faster throughout the workout. I have not put it on an incline but it has a very slight incline as is. Overall I am very pleased with this treadmill. I've downloaded Couch to 5K app so that I can have some motivation, this treadmill makes it easy to stick to the plan!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Where does the lubricant go on this treadmill? It came with a half small bottle (I assume it's oil/lubricant), but no explanation. Thanks!**
A: Glenda, the lubricant goes between the belt you walk on and the treadmill deck. Just lift the belt and squirt or spray lubricant. There are a few sites on the internet that have videos showing you how.

**Q: what is weight li mit it has two**
A: Max user weight: 265lbs

**Q: does this stop running by itself after 30 minutes like the lower model? For me that would be dangerous if it just stopped while I was walking.**
A: It doesn't "just stop". If you are using one of the pre-programmed workouts, and time ends, it gradually slows down until it stops.

**Q: how wide is it on the floor?**
A: It is a tad over 2 foot wide and 4 foot long, and can be folded up if you need it out of the way.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ No frills treadmill gets the job done
*by J***I on December 22, 2016*

I'm 6'1" 220 lbs and run regularly on a gym treadmill. This was my first experience with a home treadmill. Pros: Easy to setup Doesn't take up much space, even less when folded Price, <$200 seems like good bang for your buck Fairly quiet Neutrals: Display is only in metric Narrow running surface Manual elevation adjustment Cons: You will need to tighten the belt before using and there are no instructions on how to do it. YouTube is your friend though No instructions on how to apply the silicon oil, again YouTube can assist. No detail on maintaining the treadmill. No cupholders or book shelf to place stuff. I purchased this after my local gym went out of business to continue my running regimen. I'm no fitness nut but I have enjoyed using the C25K app for inspiration. So far (after a week of use) this treadmill seems to be working quite well and is deserving of 4 stars. I'll update if things change. - John
