It folds up easily, folds down just as great, and the "computer" is easy to manage. It has four preset speeds (metric only) but you can easily adjust to what makes your walk comfortable. I took the pieces out of the box and hauled the main part up the stairs myself. It was heavy but mostly awkward. I feel like sometimes my stride could get a little long for the belt and the more I've walked and I get a little tired my stride must get a little sloppy because my foot might contact the sides. But I think these are minor and they wouldn't prevent me from ordering it again. It is pretty quiet. It's not silent but it's not loud either. I only turn the TV up a slight bit higher. I have not used any of the preset paces. The speed is very easy to adjust. The slowest it goes is .6 mph and you can make it go up or down .01 mph very easily. I found I adjust it frequently as my pace gets steadier and I get a little faster throughout the workout. I have not put it on an incline but it has a very slight incline as is. Overall I am very pleased with this treadmill. YouTube is your friend though No instructions on how to apply the silicon oil, again YouTube can assist. No detail on maintaining the treadmill. No cupholders or book shelf to place stuff.
