Tufoil Gun-Coat was originally developed for use on firearms at the request of federal law enforcement agencies. Fluoramics worked in conjunction with the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, GA to develop the perfect combination of lubrication and rust prevention. Gun-Coat is an excellent clp-type of product as it cleans, lubricates and protects, all without the nasty solvents many gun products use. In addition, the rust inhibitors found in Gun-Coat make it an excellent candidate for dip coating parts that are already rusted. Steel parts can also be dipped for storage. Tufoil Gun-Coat is available in a 12 ml pocket oiler with a needle-like application tip for getting into tight areas with extreme precision.
