The Pear Amber Jasmine scent smells wonderful. Its a little floral and a little fruity but not musky or too overpowering. It smells sweet. I am an athlete so I am very active and sweat a lot. I changed over to aluminum-free deodorants for health reasons. I tried many natural deodorants and this one has worked the best! Overtime, my body became adjusted to aluminum-free deodorants and my armpits sweat less now with this natural deodorant than they did before. I always associate a Happy Hippie with Patchouly (or even the scent of grass!), but not an herbal lemongrass.However, to be fair, I gave it a try - I do love how it applies smoothly and not too much - sort of melts into your armpit! I was thinking it would have more of a grassy, herbal scent, but this one is strong on the lemongrass.
