The control knobs also came mounted incorrectly, with the decals on the wrong side. The "low - high" settings are actually the off position of the knob and the opposite side, which is unlabeled, is the side that controls the flame.The manual does not include ANY instructions on how to actually ignite the burners, but after trial and error I figured it out.Press and turn the control knobs until they are vertical. Then, press and hold the control knob for 3-5 seconds, and press the igniter WHILE STILL PRESSING THE CONTROL KNOB.
