The chairs are easy to assemble. It's ok as far as comfort. Sturdiness and construction I would give a three-star.

Just what was wanted
Not supper comfortable (encourages activity) could sit in them for a few hours so they are not uncomfortable.Assembly ... I bought 3 sets, the first assembly took ... 15 minutes at most; then next ones were assembled as if I was sleeping through it. the adjustable height is perfect as it get rather low to allow a 6'-6" person site at a taller table and still get tall enough to get that tiny 6yr kid high enough to sit proper at the same tall table.they're really simple design; and I saw tons of different chair tops that would fit on this post, so customizing or buying a different chair top would be super easy to do and attach.

Great stools for a arcade room!!
I'm very happy with these bar top stools. I've been working on turning my basement into a mini arcade room needed some comfortable chairs to sit in and he's definitely work. Very easy to assemble was done in 15 minutes.

Ok for the money. gas shock is not strong enough for a fat boy. if you're big it will sink when you sit down. does not bottom out, more like it's doesn't have enough gas in it. will work for my bar. not sitting on them all the time
