I bought this battery in August 2023. It started not charging fully a couple of months ago, and now it doesn't charge at all. The seller says they will replace it within a year, but there is no way to contact them, that I can find.

Easy install and appears to be good quality
I just installed this battery a few days ago so I can't say how great the battery life is, but it was very easy to install and fit perfectly. Computer now seems to be operating better and even the speed seems like it is faster.
