**Q: Do you bake the cookies in the molds as well?**
A: All the time! One ounce of dough, 250 degree oven for 20 min will give you soft flat cookies.

**Q: Can you bake the cookies in this mold?**
A: Yes!  You can bake the cookies right in the silicone mold. So easy.

**Q: How soon after baking a batch of cookies can you remove them from the mold and bake some more cookies? Do you need to let them cool completely?**
A: I can't imagine making cookies in this simply b/c there concave a person would usually use a spatula to remove cookies from it's surface, right, so my ? to you is what kind of cookies would be cooked so deep in this mold? I only use it with wafers & ice cream you know ice cream sandwiches... Dang now you've started something now I've got a taste for em' thanks alot🤤

**Q: Can you put just straight ice cream in these and freeze them?**
A: Using 1 oz of Toll House cookie dough, I felt that my cookies were too thick to allow for a perfect ice cream to cookie ratio. To remedy this, I put my homemade ice cream in first, filled the mold to the top, then placed a cookie on top. My plan was to pop them out and then add the second cookie to make a sandwich. 

It was a disaster. Half the ice cream remained in the mold. I had to improvise by using a butter knife to remove the ice cream from the mold and add it to the sandwich. My ice cream was not dense enough. If anyone has pointers, I'd appreciate your advice.

I finally decided to purchase multiple different shapes of Silkomart silicone molds. Baking and cleaning is so much easier with all the forms. I am posting some photos of mini cauliflower pizzas I baked first in the mold and then added the pizza toppings for the oven bake. I store the baked parts in the fridge outside of the mold which works very well. I am super impressed with this product. EASY to clean by hand as one can pop out for molds into opposite direction , inside out, which makes cleaning very easy.
