A: My bottle has mushroom extract as an ingredient. The biggest difference to Japanese or Chinese soy sauce is that it is less salty tasting.

Mushroom soy sauce is amazing. The flavor is bold but slightly sweeter than regular soy sauce. It seems to taste richer than regular soy sauce. The Healthy Boy Brand comes in a large bottle which is handy because this is so delicious I'm using it in lots of recipes.
