Great sound
Easy to set up. I have a relatively small living room so there was plenty of speaker wire for the two surround speakers, although l did run one under the carpet. If you have a sizeable room, you might want to consider wireless speakers. Sound is terrific although l haven't as yet been able to effectively use the dolby atmos feature. Easy to control the balance between the various speakers in the bar through the remote control although the remote itself, whilst it does everything ok, can be a little tricky to see as the visual face is quite small and not very bright. Great that l can play music on my phone through the bar, although for some reason l can't do this through Bluetooth. I suspect this is more an issue with my phone rather than the sound bar though. Overall very pleased with it.

Do not buy
Sounds great. When it works, which is maybe 30% of the time. Terrible purchase.

Arc problems, no support
The soundbar sounds great. But there is no support in Europe at all. You have to sideload the smartcast app, there isn't even a reachable official site. I tried to update the firmware manually from the American site but it doesn't recognize it as its own firmware. There are several problems with arc connection, visio doesn't seem to care about customers in Europe, Amazon too.

Very decent for the price
I wanted a system that my kids couldn't pull apart so I went for a Soundbar with rears. It's very decent sound quality. 5.1 and 7.1 movies sound very nice once the correct balance for your room is found. The subwoofer is absolutely booming. I had to turn mine down. I tried Saving Private Ryan, Blade Runner, Terminator 2, Alien and they all pass fine in 4k. I did have to use the audio delay function on this though as there was a slight lip sync delay.I'd say that the remote is a little flimsy - but the smart app works fine here in the UK.I don't use chromecast so can't comment on that but the spotify connect seemed ok.As for Dolby Atmos - it is definitely sounding fantastic and better than 5.1 movies but it's not true dolby atmos as the sounds tend to sort of bounce around a bit. True Atmos will only be achieved by speakers in the ceiling. But you are getting a little something extra with the Dolby Atmos feature.Overall I couldn't be happier.

Multiple factory resets to get it work!
I am from Hong Kong and I purchased this 5.1.2 soundbar from UK because it supports 220V as in Hong Kong. I liked this product before my purchase, but I am quite disappointed after almost just 3 weeks. The Smartcast app does not work outside US (which was not mentioned anywhere), and I tried to spend some time and eventually I called hotline and figured it out. The build-in chromecast actually means nothing to me now, but still not a big issue. The blue-tooth connectivity seems bad too. Just on the second day I got the soundbar, the first attempt to the soundbar via blue-tooth is fine. Then after trying to working on smartcast setup, my phone could not blue-booth with the soundbar again and even my family member who has not connected to the soundbar before and they could not get their phones connected. And I called the long distance US call to customer service, and they walked through me how to do factory reset and finally to get it work again. But still, there is no clue why that happened to me. What I feel is that the blue-tooth connectivity looks very stupid and even worse than a blue-tooth speaker I purchased at TaoBao which worths USD $10 which I never encountered single blue-tooth connectivity issue.Besides blue-tooth, the connectivity between soundbar and TV seem to be a problem too. There were 2 times to me in first 3 weeks that the soundbar does not able to sound suddenly via HDMI ARC from TV. There was message from the TV that it could not connect to the soundbar although I have used Vizio hdmi cable to connect between HDMI (ARC) from TV to the soundbar. On the first time, I have tried to factory reset myself but it did not work, so I have to call long distance customer service hotline, follow factory reset as instructed and it did not work. But the phone connectivity via blue tooth works which the customer service said it is not issue at the end if the soundbar could play sound via blue-tooth. Then I tried to disconnect all HDMI cables and even power cord, and then it worked back. Again, the issue happened yesterday suddenly again, and I needed to factory reset and unplug all cables to make it work again. I feel like this is some sort of connectivity issue with the soundbar rather than problem on my Sony Bravia TV.In terms of sound quality, this is a good 5.1 system but I could not really feel the atmos. So if anyone want for atmos, probably need to compare other products first before the purchase. The soundbar display is based on few tiny dots which is quite dimmed and hard to set. I would suggest to change it to LCD display or bigger lights as hard to remember what are meaning of the dots. There is only 1 HDMI in on the soundbar and that would be great to build more to cater for multiple sources (blu ray, xbox, etc). The Smartcast app should be enhanced to allow non-US people to install and use it. The content could be limited based on the location of the customers (which should be controlled once the app installed and setup), but it should not block non-US customer to use the app at all for other casting needs. As a conclusion, this is a really disappointed product have tried multiple factory reset for as short as 3-weeks purchase, quite ridiculous honestly. I regret to purchase it and I would return it for refund if Vizio bear the shipping cost as the user experience is just so bad. Customer Service is nice but seem they just asked customer to perform factory reset and not that helpful. I would not suggest to purchase this soundbar unless they have limited budget. I would probably go for Sony or Yamaha if I could make this purchase again.

Disappointed
The sub was broken and would not power up. I bought this as an all in one option for atmos with rear speakers. Unfortunately as this item was already broken I was not confident on a 2nd model. I had my mind set on the 7.1.4 but that is not available in the U. K. Very disappointing purchase.
