I got the PICC Line shower Cover yesterday afternoon. This morning was the first I used it and I have only two words: LIFE SAVER!!!!! It went on and covered the PICC line and dressing with a tight seal and I didn't feel like the blood had stopped flowing through my arm. I showered and was quite able to move my arm, though I did intentionally try to keep the cover out of the direct spray of the shower. I could wash my hair with both hands and use both hands without the restrictive movement of my previous way of showering. Enough and goodbye to cellophane and tape. Tape that just won't wash off without some alcohol and pretty much needs to wear off and itch the entire time. There is enough of that tape with the PICC LIne without adding it to above and below. And what a waste of cellophane. I looked around at pharmacies and Amazon and read several descriptions and customer comments. After reading and weighing the comments, pro and con, I made my decision. The PICC Line Shower Cover is exactly what I wanted and it worked brilliantly. It was so easy to expand the end holes for my hand and arm, then fit over the PICC Line without causing any pulling or trouble to the PICC line. I showered and afterward..... There was no moisture on the PICC Line sleeve at all! No water leaked through and got any part of my arm that was covered even remotely wet. Thank you so much!! I've got six or seven weeks of daily showers with this thing and this PICC Line Shower Cover by FIGHTECH® is the best thing during this time of radiation, chemotherapy and blood draws. Cellophane is for covered dishes; Press 'N Seal is for covered dishes. This PICC Line Shower Cover is for the PICC Line to protect it and it does a terrific job

Compared to trying to keep your arm dry in the shower or wrapping your arm in plastic wrap this is fantastic. Just slide it in and your done. I have been using this every day for 6 weeks and zero issues. It's saved a ton a time, is comfortable, fits well (get the correct size for your arm), the neoprene stretches but is water proof once one. The price was right, I would have paid double for the ease of use and time savings.

Works great! Might need a helper to get it over stitches. No moisture gets in at all, sizing seemed spot on!

Off the bat I am sorry that you or someone you know has to use a PICC line. I know it is very uncomfortable and a pain in the butt and for what ever reason you have one I hope you recover fast and never have to use one again. However in regards to this product I am so happy I found it and was recommended it by the coordinator of my infusion company. It works very well better than a plastic bag that was given to me previously. Please note however that I used a paper towel to wrap my arm around with tape and a few sheets of plastic wrapping that you use for food to protect my PICC line further from water. Most of the time I am glad to say this prevented water from getting in and it was a good fit although I bought a bigger size than I needed so it might be better to get the correct size. In any case I bought two different types and so far I use this for more because it has a better seal and it is longer than the other one. Please note that one side has a larger opening than the other so one is clearly for your hand to go through and the other one is for your arm as it's larger and has a better seal on your arm. Quality-wise it is very nice and I will hopefully never use this again but it does seem very durable and works fantastically. I definitely recommend it.

My husband had PIC line in his arm and could not get the area wet . This shower cover worked very well. It was easy to put on and kept the site dry. His line was in for almost three months and this cover lasted.

Does what it's supposed to. Easy on/off. Keeps water out!

After first use the sleeve fully protected the picc line and kept the bandage completely dry. If absolutely necessary that the bandage not make any contact with water the user must use extra care not to allow water to run up the arm when showering (when the arm is raised). Hopefully it will take daily use long enough to make it through the six weeks it is needed. Its been 30 days since began using the Tightech Picc Line Shower Cover and it is worth every penny spent purchasing. Keeps picc line completely dry during showering.

This works pretty well but if it’s one size fits all it may be loose for some. But over all a lot easier than trying to wrap a trash bag or wrap on your arm to shower.

This product worked perfectly. It was easy to use and kept my PICC line dry. I would highly recommend this protector.

Finally able to take a shower and bath without any worries. It’s a little big ‘pouffy’ but considering the trouble it saves me I dont mind!! Would buy an recommend again!

The first time we used it, it was great. Already the second time the neoprene started to crack and leak water in, and it got worse and worse with any successive use. You are better off just using Saran Wrap and plastic bags.
