Are these removable? Are these easy to take off? I'm in a rental and I may have to remove them at the end of our lease.

These are not easy to remove. They come with a very heavy duty foam backed tape and are meant to be permanent.

Can grout be used with these to seal the seams?

The only seams we had were where the tile met the counter top, around a window and in the corners where the walls met. We used a grey tone caulking and it blended in very nicely. I don't think grout would work but I am not 100% sure on that.

For anyone that has installed these, how long have you had them installed? Have you had any issues come up over time?

I've had them installed for 2 months now. So far no issues. They are on the walk just above the stove and grease comes off easily.

Would these adhere to plaster?

They will not stick well to plaster only. They are not sticking well to primer only after 8 months. I think they would adhere to glossy paint better.
