Chef Paul Magic Seasoning blends for salmon is great for many dishes. It is perfect for seasoning Salmon. I add some lemon juice/zest, and extra garlic, and let it sit in a zip lock bag for an hour or so and everyone loves the taste. Even the younger ones who are very picky. Not too much spice.... just right! I use this seasoning blend in soups as well. Not too salty tasting. This is by far our favorite seasoning mix.

This stuff hasn’t arrived yet but I’ve had it for many many many years and it’s the best salmon seasoning I found. I have a Panini grill and I put some of this on top of my salmon and close it down and quickly cook my salmon and it’s so good.
