This product is "s" ala" which is not as effective as the "r"?

My solution to this dilema was the purchase of Nature's Pure ALA. It contains equal amounts of S & R in capsules.

Is it ok to freeze this ALA after opening, to retain freshness?

It is an Acid. It won't freeze and always keeps fresh

Can I get it in the strength of 250mg or 500mg

No, you just have to measure out the 250 or 500 that you need. The taste is horrible! If you have to take a lot, it's almost unbearable.
