It is heavy. That's a good thing. It would be easy for a light door to warp over time. Assembly was straight-forward and quick. I will give one piece of advice. If you are using a power tool to install the screws into the stile, take a few seconds and check them with a regular screwdriver. They may not have gone in to their prescribed depth, which will mean you have to cut off the dowels used to cover the holes. You may also need a little wood glue for dowels that are too loose. No big deal.
