It definitely tastes chickpeas-ish
My first go was to make scrambles out of it...the texture, the softness if perfect (matches to that of real eggs)...but the moment you out it in your mouth..you can smell the chickpeas....I added black salt(known to enhance eggy flavor)+ pepper... Didn't help much....but if I can draw any parallel to real eggs ..it's that...after having could of spoons/bites...it feels heavy...like if you make scrambles only out of the yolk and no white... It was more yolky......would I buy it again?...may be...but did I love it?-meh!
