Saved us on our first trip. So I decided to try them again as I misplaced 1. Let me tell you my child was the only one not screaming on the place. Coincidence? Maybe. But I'd buy them 100x

These where a life saver! I have hated flying because of the horrible ear pain when landing. But no longer. These ear plugs where suggested to me by my ENT doctor. She said to use them before take-off till the plane had reached altitude and than right before the plane begins the decent. I decided to try them out before our Japan trip. What did I have to lose! I was more concerned about the landing part. When I landed in Japan and than back into LAX I had no painful ear popping. What a relief. I had no ear pain that consumed my trip. I am a fairly small framed women so I opted for the child size Ear-planes. They fit perfectly. I noticed they sell these at the airport but for almost twice the price. Amazon is a great deal. I would highly recommend these for a comfortable flying experience.

Worked once it was secured. When putting in the plugs, you kind of have to twist it in to secure it. Still seemed a bit big with the other end sticking out of the ear, but it helped. It would be great to have smaller ones for infants also.

These are a must when we travel by plane. Our son has very sensitive ears and changes in air pressure are very painful for him. Many of us are able to move our jaw to release the pressure but there are some who are unable or it simply does nothing for them so they need additional assistance. We tried so many things such as nasal spray, Tylenol, Motrin or gum but those proved to be futile. I found these in the store prior to one of our trips and they made all the difference. I now buy them on Amazon for every trip and he makes sure they are packed in his carry-on. They come with a protective case and we buy a new pair after each round trip.

I will not fly without these. I have small ear canals for an adult and I use to suffer with pain from the air pressure during descent. Now I feel no pain and don't have "clogged" ears after flying. I simply follow the instructions on the box.

These are amazing!! My two little girls used to actually scream with ear pressure pain on the plane, but not since I discovered these existed. You need to be very careful to insert them exactly as the directions say.

What a disappointment. These did not help at all.

These worked well for our 18 month old. He was getting a little fussy as we were preparing for descent so we put these in and he was just fine, not fussy at all.

Great for ascents, descents take too long though.

My daughter is 2 years old and used to experience ear pain while traveling. Previously, I would feed her and apply cotton, but it wasn't 100% effective. I found this product on Amazon, and it's been brilliant. My daughter didn't feel any pain during the trip. I highly recommend it for children who experience ear pain while traveling

Bought these for a flight to New York last month - my first flight in 22 years. They worked amazingly well - no ear pain or popping as can happen during take off. They fit very well on myself (age 44, female) and I also bought a pair for my 14 year old son and they fit him well also.They are very well made and durable and I imagine they will last for many years to come so they are great value for money. Would definitely recommend!
