3/4 Orthotics Shoe Insoles High Arch Supports Shoe Insertsfor Plantar Fasciitis, Flat Feet, Over-Pronation, Relief Heel Spur Pain (XL:Men9-11/Women10-12)

I have high arches, and as I’ve gotten older, I have to wear orthotics in all my shoes, including my sneakers. Years ago I had a foot doctor make me a super expensive pair that ended up being too bulky to wear in the majority of my shoes. I have found these to be as therapeutic, overwhelmingly affordable, and able to go in the majority of shoes. Not open-toe sandals or pumps, but everything else. They are as sturdy or hard as specially made, expensive orthotics, which is why they work to support arches and stabilize your heels. It might take a week to adjust to the feel. But after about a week, they are quite comfortable. The 3/4” insole makes them very wearable, leaving your toes free. The affordable price allowed me to buy 5 pairs -- not all at once, I tested them first -- so I don’t have to remove them to wear different shoes.

I had a recurrence of plantar fasciitis. These orthotics work much better than the professionally molded orthotics I got some years ago. They support the arch, hold the heel in place to prevent pronation, and quickly resolve foot pain. They are made of a tough material and don’t slide around inside shoes. They are perfect. I cannot think of a more accurate description for them.

I work in a pharmacy and am on my feet all day with frequently little/no time for breaks. I also have very high arches, a bad knee and slight curvature in my hips. I had started getting into the habit of having to take 800mg of Ibuprofen every morning and afternoon. I get sharp pains in my heels, big toe, hips hurt, knees kill me by the end of the day, and all around lots of pain from standing all day. I got these for Christmas. I wear Light ride crocs to keep my feet cool at work. That helps with pain a little and the shoes help with pressure on my heels but didn’t have enough arch support. Pressure and pain quickly came back after a few months of wearing just the shoes and actually got arch pain/cramping. These inserts are very hard. No cushion in heel or anywhere BUT I think they must correct the way I stand because I don’t get the sharp pains in my heel, big toe, knee or back. Also, I feel like my hips and back seem to be better aligned and now they adjust easier. All around pain is MUCH less. Summary Hard, no cushion, incredibly supportive, realign body, so…much…less…pain.

I was skeptical that for this low price that these would be durable orthotic inserts, and wow, I'm blown away by the quality and the support these provide. They slip nicely into my shoes without squishing my feet. The most important is the support in the arch and the heel. The pictures they have for this do not do this product justice. You can see that there's a supporting shape for the heel pocket and deep swoop to hug that arch. I love these. Now I know I can buy a bunch and shove them in all my shoes. I had NO period of time needed to get accustomed to having these in my shoes. I literally put them in and instantly my feet felt comfortable and happy. Incredible value for the money. I love these. If I'm able to, I'll go in on my phone and add the picture to show what I'm talking about.

These started out very comfortable, but over time hurt my feet. I wear them with the same shoes that are not worn out. Disappointing product! I showed up, it did not deliver!

I needed something for my overpronation that would take in account my high arches but would still allow for enough space for my toes to have space to help with my bunion pain. I liked the fact that these were advertised as having 3/4 length (allowing toe room), high arch support, and were rigid (flexing arch support just aggravates my overpronation). However, I still remained somewhat skeptical, given the disappointment I’ve had with numerous other orthotic inserts. Imagine my surprise when I placed them in my shoes and stood on them for the first time…I instantly noted a feeling of support around my arches and ankles, as well as what can only be described as a feeling of realignment of my knees and hips! My wife asked me how they felt…I could only smile! I only wore them for a few hours the first day, just to make sure I wasn’t a victim of self delusion. I wasn’t. I wore them continuously for the next few days and found that I truly was walking and feeling better in my ankles, knees, and hips. I then put in an order for two more pairs. These were truly a game-changer for me.

At the time of my writing this review, there are 11,344 reviews for a high of 61% 5-Star. Normally, I aim to only buy things that have a minimum of 68%, but these were recommended in a YouTube video of how to fix over-pronation (fallen arches) BFS.FIT - Barefoot Strength. I immediately got on Amazon and bought them. Currently, I am in GREAT PAIN for left foot over-pronation. I was tempted to return to my podiatrist for custom fitted orthotics knowing they would cost me $125 for out-of-network doctor visit plus $800 for the custom orthotics. Now you know why I was quick to buy these on Amazon and try. They look ALMOST exactly like the hard plastic custom orthotics the doc would make for me. That got me excited. Same odd little heel. I kid you not, I put them in brand new pretty colored CHEAP sneakers I just bought at the Big Box store (WM) and my feet feel great. Great support. My walk is good. My over-pronation is contained. Dang! I am thrilled. Think of all the money I have saved with these inserts and inexpensive (but PRETTY) sneakers. I am so happy. I am going to buy another pair of these orthotics. These will NOT fit pretty non-sneaker shoes. These will only fit sneaker-like shoes. I am very happy to write a review and recommend them for you to try.

These are amazing! I have either flat feet or collapsed arches, either way I hurt from my feet up all the time, as soon as I put these in my shoes almost instantly the pain was gone! I stood correctly and my back felt relaxed, my shins and knees didn't hurt, and my feet felt amazing! They also fit very well in my Nike Air Max Torch 4 which are known for running a bit tight! I recommend these to anyone that suffers from the lack of natural arches and I will definitely be investing in more for all of my shoes!!

I have suffered from shin splints and plantar fasciitis for several years. What I thought would be a soft insole turning out to be a solid piece of plastic. I was doubtful that it would do anything, but I was pleasantly surprised. I will be purchasing another pair so that I have one in my work shoes and one in my everyday shoes.

the insoles made my running and walking better than it used to be. cant say the arch pain is fully gone but it doesnt hurt as much as before
