That all said, the designer of the dispenser needs to find another role in life; it's the most awkward (not to mention slippery) plastic container I've ever had the misfortune to use. I guess they missed the "user acceptance" testing stage. It's saving grace is that you can get the top off (designed for this, it seems) and refill it.
