This has been a favorite of mine for dressing tires since 1999— this product is one of the best available as far as shine , long lasting durability, and non sling. This 1 bottle will free all your tires at least 20 times.! Use a small sponge (preferably always the same sponge) and dress your tires by hand a couple times and that’s it— long lasting durability, great shine that you will love. Little extra work to apply this dressing than a spray type , but works, performs and lasts longer and you will save so much money on tire dressing. You’ll see. ! I still use others from time to time but always return to this formula. I will say l, a sprayable tire shine is good for your inner mud guards and wheel wells tho, so I keep a few options in stock at my shop for different areas.

This is a great tire shine gel that lasts a reasonable time (I'd say 2-3 weeks or possibly longer in dry weather). The key to using this product is to use it correctly and if you do so, the results are pretty good. Before you apply it, you will need one of this and I cannot recommend this tire gel applicator foam enough, from Chemical Guys, on sale in Amazon. Step 1: Apply the product on to the applicator. Best rule of thumb as to how much product to apply would be to kind of fill in the ridges of the black side applicator face (this is the end you'd use to apply product). Notice right after you pour product on the applicator, the foam absorbs it so be careful not to excessively saturate the foam applicator. Step 2: Once you made a pass at all the ridges of the applicator, just apply it on the sidewall by exerting some pressure. So the clue to whether you've got right amount of gel is it should not be splattering or squeezing out (this would indicate excess product) of the foam applicator. Just wipe thru the whole sidewall of the tire exerting some pressure on to the foam so the absorbed product disperses. Step 3: When you move on to tires 2, 3 and 4, use half of what you put on the first time. Remember...the first application has adequately saturated the applicator face so there is product left in it so less product is good. To err on the side of caution, put on sparingly for the subsequent tires and if you find there isn't enough product absorbed in the applicator, you can put on more. Rinse and repeat this for all the tires (2, 3 and 4). Couple of application tips. This stuff is messy (I found out while trying to wash the foam applicator after application) so be careful not to get the stuff on your hands. Maybe gloves would be a good idea.. Wash the foam applicators carefully with soap and hot water later. Probably soak it in soap and hot water for 20-30 min before you wring out the applicator and you probably have to do this a few times to get the applicator clean. The tire gel is messy if it gets on your hands and it looks slimy when it comes out . Also I followed the tip of applying this in late evening or night and let the gel dry just to avoid any possible sling. This worked for me well. I just put it on in the evening when I know I won't be driving the car till the morning. I cannot say if this product slings or not per se right after application and driving but I didn't want to find out the hard way so I just applied it and let it dry overnight. I've had no sling that way. Couple of other things. You can put on two coats if you want after 10-15 min interval. Make sure not to use excess product. And lastly, the part of the tire that sits on the ground while you apply..if you want to cover that, just move the car forward a feet or two after you are done with all the 4 tires and then go back and cover that ground. It is kinda difficult to do when it is on the ground. Verdict: This is a great product if used right. Doesn't take much time to do it but be sure to follow the right application tips and your tires will be nice and shiny. I forgot to take pics the first time but next time I will take some pics and add to this post. I am also yet to discover how this product stands up in wetter places but kinda hard to test that in AZ. Monsoon season is coming up so maybe I'll find out them how this holds up in the wet.

This is definitely the best product I've ever used for car detailing. Forget Armorall, that stuff fades in mere hours. This, much thicker, product lasts for day if not weeks. It perfectly blackens tires with a nice, glossy deep finish, sure. But You can use it on any plastic, vinyl, or rubber on the car! It makes the engine shine, hoses turn brand new, dashboards and steering wheels sparkle. Its thicker make up rehydrates window fittings and door gaskets. Best of all, it smells great too (It smells grape.) A little goes a VERY long way. One bottle lasted me over two years, and I detailed my car at least twice a month. Look no further. Buy it.

This is good stuff. Make sure to not over apply as it might cause speckles to be thrown on the car paint. I use a paintbrush to apply it. It stays on after two brown bear car washes then it needs to be reapplied. Works and looks great.

if you're used to lower priced products like black magic, then you will definitely agree this is a "premium tire gel." much more durable. i have bfg ko3 tires with white lettering and this tire gel really made the tires pop
