One thing I like about Ultimate Polish is how it barely leaves residue on trim so I don't waste time with painter's tape. Basically - if you want to get into polishing but are overwhelmed by all of the options and information - Ultimate Polish is arguably your best place to start. And if you're like me - you just keep using it.

I own an older car that is 16 years old. I’ve never polished it or done any paint correction, it’s just original paint that’s been through the car wash. Sometimes I splurge and get the extra wax service afterwards. I decided to compound this with Meguiars Ultimate Compound and then use Meguiars Ultimate Polish afterwards. It turned out to be a great two hit combo! The compound really smoothed out the terrible swirls, and the polish gave it a near perfect gloss shine! It’s still a 16 year old car with a lot of defects, but it really added new life to the paint. I would use this more often from now own. For around $10, it is a steal.
