they are good - nothing special but good
Some reviewers mentioned that this quinoa was larger and had a more intense flavor. I'm a vegan who has pretty good taste buds so I was excited about this! However, they are the same one can buy at Whole Foods. They are good but nothing special :0(

Good deal for bulk quinoa
Great product! Comes in a fairly sturdy resealable bag and cooks up perfectly in my rice cooker. Much cheaper than the grocery stores.

Great Product
The quality of this product is superior to other products in this price range. The grains are golden in color and size if the grain is pretty uniform and seem larger than other products that I have bought.Overall I would buy the 10 pound again for sure.

Nice and spongy
Aside of it cooking pretty fast I loved how fluffy it gets and mixes well with my meats. Some days I add limon paper and others I flavor it with Chicken Knoxx flavor.

Heirloom and Superior
Reading the label, you will notice that this quinoa has substantially more fiber per serving (eg 6g) than most commonly marketed quinoa (eg 3g) though it is similar with regard to core macronutrient composition (fat, protein, carbs). Seeing this higher fiber level, I was somewhat fearful that the quinoa would be dense and chewy like red/black quinoa rather than light and fluffly like white quinoa. To my delight, this quinoa was just as fluffy as, if not fluffier than white quinoa. Moreover, it was imbued with very subtle yet complex and delightful flavor notes. I will definitely be purchasing again!Quick FYI: Heirloom is better for the environment as most food products are grown in monoculture which compromises biodiversity

Authentic Quinoa
I rate this quinoa 4.5 stars! The first thing I noticed is the golden color. Also, the seeds seem larger than other brands of quinoa, which makes me believe this quinoa is minimally altered through the growing process. It has an excellent nutty flavor. Authentic goodness. I use 1 cup of quinoa and about 1.75 cups of water as my recipe for fluffy quinoa. Pairs well with hummus.

Good Quality & Flavor
Get quality, good flavor, clean no visible debris. Will order again....but happy I won't be running out of quinoa anytime soon!
