HOLY S*&$ IT WORKS!!!!
Holy COW! IT WORKS!!! Nothing sticks to Tarps, EVER, and it never ever lasts, but someone made a deal for their soul and behold! We have TARP TAPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Truthfully, here is my story. I like Burning Man because the climate tries to kill you (and other reasons.) A HUGE, CRAZY STORM CAME AND FILLETED MY SHELTER!! It struck from three directions and damaged every single tent in its vicinity, toppled pop-up campers and shredded the mylar off the tarp base in my roof. It knocked over entire rows of porta-potties and left me sleeping in my car for days because it filled my shelter with mud and the roof (a tarp) was split. My conundrum was severe. The restoration was going to have to happen, should I ever not sleep in my car again, and so I evaluated the tarp tape and hoped it would do the job. I did a sloppy job of cleaning off the surfaces and I started reattaching the mylar to the tarp with the tarp tape. I used sutures and long stretches of tape to repair the splits and make the roof look like a relative of Frankenstein. I didn't think it would last one day, but it survived for two weeks in the desert, through another rain storm and many hot days. It didn't peel. It didn't bubble up under the sun or slide like some tapes will when they overheat. It just held strong. I'm in love.

It would be good for repair or secure.

Crazy Sticky
This stuff is crazy sticky. I repair my RV awning to get through this season. It took 5 passes with small overlaps. It wrinkled up when I rolled the awning up but has not come loose in a month and a half.

Good quality and easy to use.
We have a 2001 motorhome with two slide-outs. The sun was destroying the awnings that keep leaves and debris off the slide out when it's extended. This tape was easy to apply, and it adheres well, better than more expensive awning repair tape. I expect the bright white opaque color to reflect most of the sun's destructive rays and extend the life of these expensive awnings for a few more years of service.

Strong and easy to use
I used this tape to attach seams of 6mm poly down in my crawl space for a radon reduction system. It worked well and seems to be holding up well. Very well actually as it has not failed anywhere and I used a lot of it. Using scissors to cut it makes the job a lot easier. The tape feels strong and thick. I am happy with this purchase.

Strong hold
Cool stuff. I have used it for tarp repair and it actually works great for ducting.(I like it better than duct/gafers tape.

Did not stick.
Tried using this tape to repair a fairly new tarp that started ripping. Stuck great for a while but started coming off after a few days.

fabric tape that worked for me
had holes in the area of antenna on travel trailer cover so we installed tape inside and out. used a roller for laying floor tiles to press it into the material. we have large open fields with 30-40 mph winds here in Michigan and at this point no issues with it coming apart. one thing we did is run the tape 4" past the holes in all direction on the inside only and only covered the outside with one layer. I'm glade i purchased the lg roll and not just the sm. kit is now its packed away in the camper. Tarp Tape TW-108 3-Inch Tarp Tape, White ... BAC Industries purchased thru Amazon
