Bodhi2000 7 Ring Stretch and Resistance Exercise Band for Home or Fitness Center Workout, Physical Therapy

I recently started Leslie Sansome's Walk at Home exercise programme after stumbling across it on YouTube. Some of the routines on her DVDs require the use of a similar resistance band to this one. I figured Amazon would be a good place to buy one. It works well and I am pleased to have bought it so I can follow and make the most of the workouts that use the band. It would be good for independent exercise routines also. Reasonably priced and, so far, would recommend to others.

Bought this to use doing Leslie Sansome fitness walks and aerobic exercise. Had read other reviews before I purchased to see what other people thought. They all gave it a good rating. I bought one and have used it several times now and it does the job, it’s great.

I bought this to replace my walk away belt to use when I'm doing Lesley Sansone walk away the pounds. It is easy to use and provides good resistance. I really feel the affect in my arms after exercise.

Nice piece of exercise kit toUse alongside a video workout

I bought this as much cheaper than the Leslie Sansone one. It is ok but is not as long and stretchy so you are not able to do all your exercises with it.
