The customer service was great and fixed the issue right away. The quality of the bag seems to be good, but I have not had it long enough to truly speak of the durability. The zippers run smoothly and the fabric seems sturdy. I also like the color combo of the black and blue. The bag holds plenty of stuff and keeps it organized pretty well. I also like the clear bag you can easily grab for TSA check (although I have not flown with it yet). I purchased it specifically to use during very long hospital stays. There are never any good places in the bathroom to put all your stuff. This keeps it tidy and accessible. The only thing I wish is that the top hook was a little different. It could be a little bigger to easily fit over shower curtain rods. It would also be nice if it swiveled.
