Honestly, I bought these so I could eat it real quick when I wake up before my alarm clock, so I could then go back to sleep and be already caffeinated when my alarm actually went off. Haha, um... But the consistency is similar to a taffy (more firm, such as Laffy Taffy or even an Abba-Zabba, not soft like Air Heads) and so unless you want to rip a tooth out while chewing it, you really have to suck on it until it dissolves which takes about 10 minutes of constantly workin’ it in your mouth and isn’t quite as quick as I’d like it to be.But if you’re not a weird person like me, and are choosing to consume these while already awake and fully conscious, these really are an effective and quick boost of caffeine! I ordered the mint ones and I think they taste great. I ate one at noon and was steadily energized up until 10pm (I did have a regular morning coffee as well). I noticed a little boost shortly after it dissolved in my mouth and I felt energized all day and didn’t feel jittery or overly caffeinated. I feel like it prevented my usual afternoon slump when my morning coffee wears off.Overall, I really like them!

I've looked for years for energy "helpers" for exercising. Have found some good ones that have lasted for a while then their gone and have to start searching again. Guess it was about 2 years ago when I first heard about and tried Caffeine Bullet and have not looked further since. Really like them. I don't run anymore (knees) but now walk over an hour a day or workout on an elliptical but do something every day. And have a Mint Bullet every day usually halfway through the workout. They're great - easy to take, taste great and I think help with the workout. Keep up the good work!

I actually really like this product. It has kept me energized while I was using it, and it tasted amazing. The only "problem" I have is how hard it is to chew at first, but it gets easier withing 15 seconds. I will definitely be buying again when I run out.

I understand caffeine hits everyone differently, but this has been the only product to make me crash after consuming it. It was minty and easy to chew. It gave me a quick burst of energy, but then made me incredibly tired afterward. Not sure what is different about it, but I didn't work for me.

The wrapping of these caffeine candies is not good. The candies get crushed at some point in the packaging/shipping process and it's not possible to tweezer out all the bits of wrapper from the folds in the crushed candies. I hope there is no lead in the manufacture of the wrappers. I wouldn't want to add lead to my caffeine.

I was skeptical these chews would be as great as the reviews and description said they were. I have been a steady user of energy shots for years but hated the way they would make me feel, plus I hated the fake sugar in them. My first experience with the chews taught me something--make sure they're soft(ish) so they're easier to chew! The first chew took me about 10 minutes to chew up. The mint taste was overwhelming--not gross, but omg minty. The next time I ate a chew, it was a lot softer and I was able to chew it up in a fraction of the time it took me with the first one. The mint taste has grown on me. I feel the effects of the chew take place mere moments after I'm through swallowing the minty gob. There's that familiar wave of "ahhhhh" and then that rush of "let's DO this!". Without the fake sugars, my stomach doesn't hurt like it used to. And because the chews are 100 mg each, I can dose myself easier than with an energy shot so I don't get the jitters or the irritation like I used to. I'm very satisfied with my decision to give these chews a try! I'd love to see more flavors become available, but until then I'll deal with the minty mintness.

Okay so, like I said in the title this stuff gets the job done. It's amazing. I timed it the first time I ate one of these and it hit me right after the 10 minute mark. So it works fast. It feels like a healthier caffeine rush to me than drinking a cup of coffee. Most likely because the ingredients are better for you, but the quality of how it works in your system is great. Only thing I am really not a fan of is the taste. It really doesn't taste the best, but that's expected cuz there's 100mg of caffeine in each chew. So I don't blame anyone on that. The aftertaste lasts for a while too... and it isn't very good. I'm not going to knock it down anything less than 5 stars because it's efficacy is great. I just... really wish it tasted a bit better. If there was a "sweetened" version of this, even if it was a little unhealthier, then I would absolutely be buying that one instead. Maybe a version that isn't meant to be taken when exercising, because I only take this for work. Other than that, great product, great quality, not-so-great taste, but amazing product overall!

The mint flavor was not bad. The after taste was really bad, in my opinion. I could not get accustomed to it. Also, the wrapping was melding into the product. It was impossible to get some of the wrapping off since the candy was enveloping parts of the wrapper. The caffeine did work. I hope this issue is just one for me and not a common experience for other users.
