Great exhale!
I love this breathing necklace! I am already a meditator, and teach certain clients deep breath work (including how to make a ‘ssshhh’ sound to slow down the exhale. But this is wild… you can exhale for maybe 20 seconds, although I haven’t counted. I think the description or a reviewer said it sounded like a flute. I would say more a harmonica. Still really nice sound. The necklace itself is very sturdy, and doubt it would ever need replacement. So glad I got this one and not the cheap ones that don’t do much (like blowing through a straw). This absolutely slows down your exhale which is so important to calm the nervous system…. Don’t hesitate to purchase!

I love it!
i Love this little one note love tone love tuner. I was researching tools to help with anxiety and breathing and came across this totally by accident. Being a musician, I was fascinated by the “love” tone and the 528 MHz, and had to run and view videos in action and loved the deepak chopra one. I quickly ordered this. I figured a tad pricey because I did think of buying a mini harmonica that possibly could be the dollar store budget version of this little device, but I bit the bullet and went ahead and ordered it because again, fascinated at the idea of it. All I can say is I’ve used it everyday, especially great to reset your mind, pull you to the present moment, slow down your breathing, focus your thoughts. The tone is actually a “c” note, which fascinated me . You actually don’t see the note name anywhere on their website, but I quickly got a guitar tuner out and it’s a c, in fact it’s the c an octave higher than middle c. It feels good. It is not too loud. The slight buzz of the harmonica-like c note on your lips while blowing a constant exhale through is thrilling. I just love it. I’m Glad I got this! Same price on amazon as the company website, so I chose amazon for quick shipping. I have already recommended it to several people.

Best to buy the real version!
The Lovetuner has helped me stay grounded in the last weeks. I originally made the mistake of buying a cheaper version first, and it didn’t have the same effect at all. This one is absolutely worth it. The sound is perfect, and the feeling it creates is calming. You can feel the difference with the Lovetuner versus the other, cheaper ones.

it does not heal DNA
so it's very beautiful though I think both chain options leave much to be desired. I just went ahead and got a silver chain and a jump ring for the tuner and put it on myself and that worked fine so I don't know why their chain looks so strange. I feel like a jump ring makes more sense than a little chain on a big chain. I do find it very calming though it is very loud so I try to use seldomly in my apartment. I used it to aid in my treatment of PTSD. when I first got it I pulled it out and the rubber ring inside must've gotten deformed so that the tuner could not be put back in. I forced it in and then I couldn't get it out. Then when I finally got it out I couldn't get it back in again. I found using a toothpick to pull the rubber back towards the opening seemed to fix whatever the problem was. I am most interested in seeing how much paint comes off after a year from looking at the other reviews. I won't lie if the paint comes off after a year thats not cool. they could've just plated it, anodized it. But apparently they chose paint. I would try sealing it but I feel like that would affect the ability to get the tuner back in. So we'll just see how it goes. For the amount of money it costs you would think that they put a little more effort into the design and I really don't feel like they did. Yeah it's made of a good quality steel but that's it. Everything else about it is cheap. and for almost 70 bucks that's ridiculous. that's unbelievably ridiculous. Not the first New Age gimmick I wasted money on though that cut corners while inflating the price. Also the so-called DNA healing claim is deeply deeply warped and misleading there's nothing true about it even though it's popular in New Age circles. The fact of the matter is the so-called scientific study that supposedly proved that these frequencies healed DNA actually showed the opposite it showed that the frequencies destroyed and melted DNA. But people jumped the gun because they didn't understand why the DNA was moving the way it was and just said "oh look it healed!" it didn't heal. it died. also this DNA was not inside of a person it was in a petri dish. It also showed rock music is apparently less damaging to the DNA but I don't think many of us are going to tune in to Metallica to relax. frequencies heal you because they sound good and calm the mind and distract us. I'm perfectly open to playing with the idea that special frequencies can heal people but the moment you tell people it's gonna heal their physical DNA based on a 1970s lab test that you completely warped the interpretation of in the first place then that's just lying to people. as somebody with genetic disease diseases I think it's just dangerous to even spread this nonsense. I've actually lost people in my family to homeopathic medicine. They died from lack of modern medicine. My siblings no longer have a mother. It's not OK to make up this kind of dangerous crap. lies that big kill. And every new way to practitioner who believes this and he's sick dying people with it should understand their responsibility when that patient drops dead. I grew up in California in Orange County I'm 30 years old now and if there's one thing I've learned most of these corporations do not give one s*** about your New Age beliefs. They're not new age like you think they are. They're con artists and scammers who know young people today love New Age hippie stuff and will pay a fortune for things that a took very little money to make. It's all one big con job. Now I know some elderly literal hippies (my step dad) who believe in this crap but even they don't believe in the DNA part because it's just insanely and provably false.

Love these frequency necklaces. I always end up giving them away.
I love these! And I’m always ending up giving them away so I’m buying more. The place I would buy them is closed and buying them online… I’ve learned to hate Amazon! They have stolen over $2000 from me and refused to return it even though I’ll ask for an audit so buyer beware anyone beware watch your financials of Amazon

POOR QUALITY!
While the idea is good, and the practice of blowing a tone can make meditation easier and quiet the mind, this product ceased making a sound after only 2 days. I can't see replacing it in the hopes of getting a better one as 2 days is just exceptionally poor quality. The tone is not pleasant either, though that wasn't important. For $58, however, on an item made of inexpensive stainless, I would expect it to last forever. There are no moving parts and it is worn around the neck, so no wear or abuse. This company should spend more time on quality control and less on hype. I also purchased one for my daughter. I am going to ask her to blow on it lots when she gets it so that I can ensure it isn't another poor quality junk which needs to be returned before the return window closes. Charging $58 for unusable garbage is unethical. They should meditate on that.

Cute Kazoo
I really wanted to love this. My husband eagerly waited for me to blow into it for the first time. And as my lips wrapped around the silver tube and my lungs filled with bated breath to release through a beautifully constructed kazoo, the familiar tone of $5 harmonica wove it's way into our ears and the room filled with an outburst of not joy, not love, but roaring laughter from my husband. What a disappointment. I checked it with my tuner app on my phone and it's 524hz. So it doesn't even have that going for it. Does it slow my breath? Yes. Do it sound ridiculous? Also yes. For some reason, I don't want to return it. It is pretty and I love the concept and the housing. It's not worth the money but now that it's here, I guess I'll give this acousticdivergent baby a home.

Beautiful quality
I was skeptical because of the price but happy it is worth it. Super solid. Not flimsy at all. Feels about the same size as a cigarette. About the same weight also. If you breathe in it makes a sound.. THE Harder you breathe in the louder the sound. Sounds like a one note harmonica. If you are in a place where you need to be quiet you can breathe on the opposite end at it's quiet.
