Ed Geib Gator 8.5" Straight Dog Grooming Scissors

As a past groomer, I have had gators for years, they have been my go to blades, the last pair I recieved were not anywhere near as good as my old pair. The blade is harsh and dose not have a smooth cut. I did not return them during this time due to the pandemic. Very disappointed.

I love these shears. This is my second pair.But one of the ring inserts was missing. I really like those, So I’m super bummed out.

I really like how smooth these scissors cut and at first I thought they were a bit heavy compared to what I'm used to but I really like the balance in my hand.

I had purchased these scissors a few months backs, and after realizing I had mixed up my order for leftys instead if right handed scissors, I emailed Fortunatedog. They cut like butter! but the holes for your fingers are small. my thumb got alittle red from use on two dogs.but i had a plastic glove on too. will try with bare hands. sometimes i groom with surgical cloves.other than that...i'm in cutting heaven.

I love these scissors! I use them to groom my standard poodle every 2 weeks. They cut like butter and and have remained sharp.

The perfect completion to my grooming tools. Great for the straight body work and very sharp. I would give it a 5 star but the finger holes could be bigger.

Great grooming shears. I just use for my dogs at home and it saves me a lot of money.
