I had left a beer review because I got a replace battery alarm after only 2 years (Jan 2020 to Feb 2022). When I pulled the battery out from the ceiling mounted UPS unit, one of the leads was disconnected. I can't tell if that was why the alarm was sounding or if I knocked it off the lead when removing. It's awkwardly mounted so can't be sure. I've plugged it back in and we'll see. Since I can't remove my review I'll leave this place holder. Unplug/Replug the battery would silence it for about a month for a couple of months, now the alarm is sounding weekly. When the tech arrived he indicated that very few people bother installing a back up battery, explained it was of very little use and would have to order the part needed to install it.
