It fits the same as it did before washing. The color is just like berry, cool tone red. It is lightweight, and stretchy. but can be worn in the fall or spring. It doesn't wrinkle that much, although the video I attached makes it seem like it does wrinkle -- that was my fault (I hung it for a couple of days with the waistline gathered like that). You will need a slip.I am 5'2" -- it hits right above my knees (I bought a Large). so if you're 3 inches taller than 5'2" this might get too short. I like this length, it's modest for church. And it hides my tummy so well. I LOVE the swing cut and it has POCKETS! I was worried the dress would run a little short, based on the photos, but it hits me just above the knee (I’m 5’5” with a long torso for reference). The green color is a little more teal than forest green, which threw me off a bit, but the pockets make up for it. I purchased an XXL because I like things loose, so I purposely sized up, but I think it’s pretty true to size - maybe a tad small.
