Well, I was trying to find a bra that would also help my posture. This is NOT the bra. I tried three different sizes, and all were too large in the cups and too tight in the waist. I do not know why any woman would want to torture themselves with this product. We are not living in the dark ages anymore.

The reason why I bought this longline is because it was the only one made with a percentage of cotton. I'm size 8 clothes and 36b in bras, this longline was a perfect fit in the lower section but was too big in the bra section. It would have been ok if the bra was lined or is not so conical in shape. But what surprised me was how comfortable this piece was, I wore it for a full day and it did not bother me at all, and it was a very very hot day, which would not be the case in my most comfortable bra, they bug me a lot in the chest strap area, but the longline was the opposit Some reviewers said that the material was cheap, I would say the opposite, the percentage of cotton in the piece is not the norm in these items, as they are mostly made of nylon or some other synthetic fabric, this is why I think some people might think that the material is cheap, I believe its sturdy and will last for a while

I ordered this bra to try and relieve shoulder & neck strain. Being larger it is hard to find anything in my size (38F or larger) that can be closed from the front. This seems to be helping with the strain and I find it to be quite comfortable, not scratchy at all. I agree that you should go up one band size but probably not much more unless your tummy is larger. I was tempted to order a 38DD but will try to lose just a few lbs 1st. I was surprised that the DD was a little too big so the general rule would apply; up one band size, down one cup size. I returned the 42DD and ordered a 40D which I think will be perfect. The fabric is comfortable enough, especially considering the price. The cups are a little pointy but with all the Marilyn "channeling" currently going on, what's wrong with that? Maybe this is constructed according to vintage sizing in addition to the silhouette. It also smooths out & reduces the waist a little bit without causing much bulge. I think you will love this bra once you find the right size. (reviewed by the Mrs.)

I ordered this bra for a costume. The shipping was fast, but with prime it's what I've come to expect. The sizing was completely small. Too small in fact that I couldn't get it to close around me. I even ordered the size up from what I need. I would recommend getting two to three sizes bigger than what you need. The material and make of this bra for what I was going to use it for would have been fine. As for wearing this as an actual bra...I really wouldn't want that material next to my skin. The clips holding the straps to the bodice are made of cheap plastic. Being a heavier woman with large breasts I'd be afraid these would snap very easily. All in all...I really wouldn't recommend even trying to see if these would work. Just skip if you can find something else.

I am a 58 years young, full-figured grandma, I just received this bra yesterday evening and wore it to work today. I must say I was very pleased with the support and comfort it provided all day. Also I was not as tired from hovering over my computer all day as usual. Normally, when I get home from work, I just want to rip my bra off so I can get comfortable, today however, when I got home, the bra was so comfy, I didn't want to take it off at all. This bra has set a new standard of comfort in my opinion. But the only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I have a little overhang in the back and the bra is slightly stiff back there and it chaffed my back a little, but I think washing will take care of that issue. Overall, I had a great experience with this bra and I will be ordering another one. I would highly recommend this product to friends and family. And as always Amazon delivered this product as promised.

If you don't like the pointy cone look, this isn't for you. It's great for bigger gals that want a little shape to give you more of an hourglass look. Especially good if you are short-waisted, like me. Helps to slenderize you, runs small, but you can order a bigger size if you're not sure and get it altered by a tailor or a professional bra shop (if you're lucky enough to have one near you). They're not expensive to alter. I use Dor-ne in Silver Spring, MD (formally of DC). Enjoy!

The adjustable straps are held with plastic buckles that won't last long once you start wearing it. The fabric isn't very nice and the fit isn't that great in the bust. This looks more like a Carnival longline bra. Exquisite was the name on the tag but it really makes me wonder if they were bought by Carnival or vice versa.
