I did not buy this for lowering cholesterol. I bought it for weight loss and my under active thyroid. I can't take thyroid meds. They give me horrible anxiety, all medication does. Something to do with disrupting the gut flora. Anyway I bought this after reading about the benefits. I have taken it for a bit now. So far there is a decrease in appetite, acid reflux is gone, lost a little weight, anxiety is better and I am not craving food. My ADD is better too. Eating less has contributed to all of this I am sure. I even binged some on my birthday and feel no desire to do so today. Normally cheat days last a week. This is the first time in a few years I am not feeling motivated by food. The only down side that you might need to drink more water with this. I tend to get thirstier with it. So far put of all the supplements I have taken this is the only one that seems to not cause anxiety from messing with my stomach and has produced a noticeable effect. Most important is my ability to control my appetite. I am a little concerned with the potential to impact the liver. I already have NAFLD, maybe this will help with that too.

I have a normal levels of HDL and LDL cholesterol, but triglyceride level is high (324). After 1.5 months I took Himalaya Guggul with certain diet ( olive and avocado oils only), my triglyceride level dropped to 220. It works great!

I bought this product to lower cholesterol level. Can’t say how much it works without test but I know it does for friends. But I can say that it is inexpensive and that the company was very efficient to send it. Good service!
