This is the first calf strap I've used in 30+ years that I've found comfortable. It's smooth, soft, and holds on well. For that matter undoing the velcro to wash it is tough. It's super lightweight so it won't add any noticable weight to your chair. I like that there are two, I can wash one and still have what I need . They're longer than you need for a high performance chair, but there's enough velcro to adjust them easily. Let's face it, the price is amazing. No regrets what so ever.

I got the idea from another review! There was a gap between the backrest and the seat that you could see my back side! Even though I am dressed, still, no need to see that! Lol fitw perfect. But the problem with using it for the legs, I need to take my legs off to transfer to the toilet, and I realized that this would be too annoying to take on and off every time you needed to take my leg on and off. So I found a different purpose!

This keeps my clients feel up off the floor and lets him move around as much as he wants. He doesn't have to keep his feet on the feet rests and can place his feet on this strap and it tolerates the weight very well. I would buy it again! It's been extremely helpful for a person confined to his wheelchair due to muscle weakness.

These weren't as advertised but in the long run I went in a totally different direction.

I have an elderly aunt whom I take for long walks in her wheelchair. Unfortunately her feet would slip from the foot rests because there was nothing to help her keep feet in place, short of getting new leg attachments. These were a great solution. You must put these on BEFORE the person gets in the wheelchair otherwise the two straps combined will not fit. When my aunt is in the chair and her ankles and calves are supported by these bands, there is not worry and we can go on vigorous walks and see surroundings without having to worry about her feet getting caught on the cement. These are GREAT.

This product works perfectly!! It’s a great purchase !it saves my feet and ankles from getting stuck , bruised and injured. Spasticity stops my legs from independent movements. This straps helps my feet to stay in position
