I make my own loose powder from organic cornstarch and cocoa powder - this beautifully made bamboo container is a simple elegant design and comes with its own screen and puff. The brush that also comes with this container is the perfect soft applicator for powder. I liked it so much that I purchased another for my daughter. I would / will definitely purchase another for someone else.

I buy L'Oreal SPF mineral face powder that comes in a small container with a brush on top. If I use the container it comes in, it gets all over the sink and makes a huge mess. So I have to open it with pliers to get the powder out to put into this case. This case is very nice it closes well so if I take the puff out and turn it upside down it releases a good amount of powder into the top part after I open the lid. This is the perfect amount to use with the brush. And you buy it with the brush you will use it because it feels like heaven! but the puff works just as well. So far no bathroom messes from this product. It is also good looking. I would definitely buy this again.

Let me start by saying this is a really nice bamboo powder holder...HOWEVER...it is tiny. Like, “use it for facial powder”, tiny. The listing described it as 10 oz. There is no way this holds 10 oz. That measurement MUST refer to how much the actual container weighs, lol. I gave this 3 stars based on 5 stars for the actual product and minus 2 stars for poor item description. In the long run, I am happy with the product but it is in no way usable for the original reason I purchased it, which was for body powder.

I have to give this 3 stars. The bamboo brush and powder box gets 5 stars, but the packaging gets 1 star. People like me order materials like bamboo to have a more natural material look and feel to products and experiences, and to avoid too much plastic. However, this came in an INSANE amount of plastic packaging and bags. Enough plastic to make a plastic handle brush, so no conservation there. I don't usually nitpick, but the irony here was just too much not to note.

Nice quality bamboo loose powder container. Comes with a high quality brush made with a bamboo handle, nice buff puff to use with power and the plastic sifter inside fits nice and tight.

I absolutely love it!. It can be a cute gift and it doesn't look cheap. Highly recommended. The brush is quite the "plus".
