Found the switch for turning on when plugged them into charge thought they were not charged. One flaw the Charger we received with shoes failed. When it was time to cut them off one wouldn't so therefore I charged them both. That worked, it cut off but then the same sneaker would not come back on. Contacted seller who responded fairly quick and was advised to plug up for 2 minutes to reset battery. Still didn't work. I ended up having to return them and having payment refunded. Very disappointing because they were very nice looking and my daughter loved them. Now she doesn't have any light up sneakers. I gave two stars because the sellers communication was good and the look of the sneaker.
