For me, they tend to slip forward so that they are over my ears... which kind of defeats the whole point of them. None of my acquaintances who have them have had this problem. Not suitable if you need noise cancellation. They are supposed to be for EXACTLY the opposite use case... so you CAN hear the stuff around you. So not for the gym, for example (unless you need to hear crap music blasting out over what you are listening to on your headphones). Good at what they do (if your head is the right shape). Note that I have also bought a couple of these same headphones made by the same company and they broke easily or stopped working. So either they are fragile or they are not long lasting. However Amazon was superb and refunded me when this happened.
