Total waste. One packet makes 4 tablespoons of mushy something. This contains about quarter teaspoon of quinoa. The quinoa is either highly dehydrated or raw. It remained the same even after I added a little more water and microwaved an extra minute.I've been cooking for my family since decades. I had bought this for novelty value and am sorely disappointed. Please learn to cook real food to stay fit.
