Both are actually good except this new batch just have different formulation. Please do give it a try and you will see that the result is the same as the prior or even better. Rest assured that the bottle that you have received is fine. Though, we recommend to please do a skin patch test, first. If you want to be sure, please do a patch test on your skin by applying the oil on your arm then leave it unwashed for 4 to 8 hours. I believe it is making a positive change to my skin texture and improving my skin tone/hyper-pigmentation issues (a few age spots). I have used another brand with middling improvement.
