It has a strong taste to it - I wouldn't really call it pleasant or unpleasant. It's just worth noting because it is quite strong. The one struggle I had here was making sure I was measuring out one ounce. At first, I tried using the cap but I couldn't determine if the cap was actually one ounce. Plus, that makes it kind of messy because it drips a bit. So, after a little bit I gave up on that idea. One ounce is equal to two tablespoons. So, using tablespoons or a medicine cup works well.
