Great outdoor fan; would purchase again
Put this up outside in a metal porch with a peak roof. I first put the fan up using the supplied down rod. For my roof height at the peak (12 foot), the down rod was not long enough. Purchased a longer down rod at the local home improvement store and the fan produces much more air. The remote was super easy. We also bought a wall switch that paired easily as well. Overall, this is a great fan. Looks really good put up.

Great Fan!!!
This is perfect for our back patio. The ceilings are high so we worried a fan wouldn't help much since we're in Texas. Luckily we ordered this one and we LOVE it! It is super quiet, looks amazing and feels amazing. Installation was simple and fast (as fast as a ceiling fan installation can be).

Not all that great
I bought 12 of these fans for the outside of my bar and I’m not very impressed with the airflow. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Beautiful but mediocre air movement.
Update: water issues resolved. Still get many complements about how the fan looks. Still not impressed with the air movement - Fan performance is mediocre - but the new fan is operational. I have a 12ft ceiling on the deck and it seems that the blades are curved too shallow to move the air - maybe a limitation based on the motor? No idea.

Great looking, good fan for my 16x20 Tiki Hut in Florida
Put it into my Tiki Hut. System looks great and has stood up to some high winds. When I installed for Tiki Hut, I installed all blades but one before mounting . It would have been difficult to install the blades afterwards. The screws for the mount was not the right diameter for a standard fan outlet so you will need to get appropriate screws. Doesn’t produce as much circulation as I would like in Florida, but totally quiet. It will work well in conjunction with a misting system.

Excellent air flow
We used this fan in a 24x36 lofted cabin that has 12 ft side walls and 24ft to the peak, it works excellent for good air circulation into the loft and very quiet, even on low speed you can feel air movement and it’s mounted 18ft off the floor

Fantastic purchase
It was not easy to install for us because we have 25 foot ceiling. However it was worth it. The fan is functional and GORGEOUS!! Very happy with this purchase.

Moves air, looks great!
This fan works great, moves the air down from my high 20 ft ceiling! Looks great too. So happy I chose this one over the original “big ass fan” that costs 3x more!
