Ma una garanzia no?
Il venditore é sempre Amazon dall'Inghilterra, che però non da nessun assistenza. Ho regalato questo articolo a mio marito per Natale, bello sì ma, difettoso. Ha un piedino che fa traballare la scacchiera. Ho mandato una mail con foto e non mi ha risposto nessuno. Ho contattato il servizio clienti e l'unica opzione disponibile é il reso. Secondo loro dovrei dire a mio marito: "no scherzavo mi riprendo il regalo e non te lo ricopro, perché non é più disponibile"? Non possono restituirmelo per lo stesso motivo e non mi danno un rimborso parziale... Le pedine belle ma quasi si fatica a distinguere i 2 colori durante il gioco. Aiuta giusto il verso in cui sono posizionati, a capire di chi sono le pedine. Non molto economico.
