Best bullet journal I've found yet
I love it. The first thing I did when I got this was opened it up and tested out all my writing supplies that could have ghosted through the paper. I took photos of the front and back. I tested goache paint, both one layer and multiple layers (goache is basically watercolors but more opaque, for those who don't know). No ghosting. I tested using my calligraphy pen, both the thickest and thinnest nibs I have, and with the thick nib I accidentally used a LOT of the india ink, still no ghosting. I tried some random fine tipped markers and random brush pens (similar to tombow), and I used some tombow pens. Also tried Sharpie, both fine point and ultra fine point. The only thing that showed through the paper was the fine point sharpie, and even that was only some of the test spots, not all. The ultra fine point showed though where I held the point on the paper for about five seconds, but aside from that it was fine. I like putting a lot of color and different lettering and all that fun stuff in my notebooks so this is a huge huge deal to me. I have a journal where I can actually use pretty much any medium I want. It's also worth mentioning to any painters out there, when I used the goache, there was very minimal warping. I was very surprised by that. As for the logo imprinted on the front.. if they had to put it anywhere I'd prefer it to be on the back or inside flap, but honestly it's such a good book and the logo is fairly small and not super noticeable, so I'm not too concerned about it. I usually cover my journals with stickers anyway. [TLDR: It's friggin awesome. Just buy it. It's inexpensive, great paper, lots of paper, has a folder, pen holder, and if you don't like it, return it. You're not gonna return it. ]

Really nice, well-constructed journal book.
I use books like this as my daily journal, and to-do list. I discovered this brand several years ago, and have been using them every day for that long. Iโve ordered them several times, and their consistency is very good. I carry it with me all the time, and these are some of the best Iโve ever found. Even after daily use for a year, the book is still in good shape. After nearly a year, it is about filled to the brim. After all that you sent abuse the spine cracked, but it was easily fixed with a line of gorilla glue. I love the thick toothy paper, multiple (3) ribbons so that I can find things easily, and the cover is sturdy. I especially like that the last few pages are perforated, so that if I need a sheet of paper, Iโm not ripping it out where the binding is stitched together and causing the front pages to fall out. Having a pocket inside the back cover is essential to me. Having the pen loop on the spine is my preference because it keeps my pen out of the way when I am referring to my notes rather than writing things down.

Great notebook with proven quality!
Great notebook for the price! The paper is also superior quality as itโs one of the only notebooks I have ever found that the gel ink pens I use donโt bleed through, so I am able to write notes back to back and save page usage. It also folds flat like the example pics, so itโs easier to jot things down on the fly! I put stickers on mine to cover the engraved company name and so that I could easily spot mine out from the rest of the black notebooks laying around during conference calls/meetings. Pages are easy to tear too if needed. There are three bookmarking ribbons which helps me as I like to label the urgency of notes by the ribbon. Sturdy leather-like cover which is easy to grip and keeps your pages safe. There is also a closure ribbon for a little extra security. Highly recommend you buy guia if youโre looking for something economical and useful!

Good journal for a great price
I was very pleased with this when I opened the box. The cover looks and feels like real leather. The pages are heavy and do not bleed. I use a fountain pen and often have issues with ink bleeding through to the other side but this journal uses quality paper. I was worried that my pen would be to big for the pen strap on the binding but it also fits nicely. All in all this is a very nice journal at a great price.

Nice Quality & Smaller Size Like a Book I Like.
I usually order stuff pretty quickly and I don't read a lot of detail. I did that with this book because of the reviews and price. The price was affordable and I needed something to journal some patches I started wearing every day for my health. Anyway, it just arrived and it was small like a book instead of a college ruled notebook. I was actually pleasantly surprised because I didn't really need something that big. It's like a diary only a teeny bit bigger. It's really nice, leather bound (not sure if it's real leather but I love the matte finish) and quality. Quite sturdy. It is a shame that they put the trademark name (YEEATZ) on the front of the book because it really cheapens the look of the product versus putting it on the back and bottom area. Other than that I really like the notebook a lot. I would recommend it for someone who needs to journal or write notes.

Beautiful, Pactical and an Incredible Value
Iโve been using this journal daily for over a month. This journal is exactly as advertised. Quality paper with perforations should you wish to neatly remove a page. Elastic band keeps book nice and tight and has not stretched. Three ribbon markers are more than I need, but nice to have. Even though I use a mechanical pencil the pages only smudge slightly and only if I use heavy strokes when drawing. The leather is nice. I appreciate the envelope in the back to hold receipts and other loose papers. This has everything I need and hoped for when I was shopping. The price for this product is fantastic. This is definitely an incredible value. I would give this as a gift to anyone-for the serious musings of a journalist to the scribblings of a child. Itโs priced well enough I wouldnโt think twice. I am extremely satisfied and will purchase again when needed.

The best dot journal I've ever had, and I've used a whole bunch of different brands.
I use and abuse this journal every day, I've already purchased three of them and when I needed to order more of them I realized I'd never left a review and these deserve one. I have used one up and I'm halfway through a second. My daily dot journal gets dumped in my bag, thrown on my car seat, dropped on a chair where my dog sleeps on it and it survives everything. The third one is a subject specific journal which has had lighter use. I use fountain pens almost exclusively, from an extra fine nib to an extremely wet bold nib and I'm satisfied, in fact I' overjoyed. (For all you non-fountain pen users the closest comparison between a "wet bold fountain pen" I can think of would be to use a regular size -not the fine point- Sharpie and to move it at a slow pace across the page. This fountain pen lays down a LOT of blackest black ink.) I found a Moleskene useable only with an extra fine nib and it still ghosted. It was sidelined very quickly. I randomly chose some off brands but was dissatisfied with all of them, once again being restricted to an extra fine nib or even a fine point gel pen. Next I bought a Leuchtturm1917 having believed the ratings. It was only okay. I could not use my wet bold fountain pen (which happens to be my favorite). The paper in these journals is thick, my pens don't ghost or feather, I can even watercolor the little drawings I frequently do at corners or edges of entries but this is not an artist's sketchbook, don't buy one for that purpose. The paper absorbs the water making the other side "bubbled" a bit but it's still quite usable. The dots are light enough that they don't distract but are still easily useable when straight lines need to be drawn. The cream colored paper is easy on the eyes. It's a very nice sewn binding so there's no chance of pages working their way loose as can happen with a binding which is only glued. I love the elastic on the spine. I always have a pen stashed there and haven't lost one yet. The elastic that holds the book closed has held up on all three of mine even though the two daily use journals have frequently been stuffed with several business envelopes making them significantly thicker than the manufacturer intended. The cover hasn't bent or curved at all which was a problem with the hard cover Leuchtturm1917. I find the "YEEATZ" embossed on the cover whimsically charming and since it's not colored in, it's fairly subtle. The covers have yet to show obvious wear which was a problem I had with the Leuchtturm1917s. I very rarely use the tear-out pages but the few times I have they tore cleanly and easily. On the other hand, they did not tear or pull loose when I used any of them as "regular" pages. Negative points about them: the pages are not numbered. This isn't a problem for me but I know some people just can't stand having to do their own numbering. The second issue is that occasionally it's difficult to use two opposing pages as a single large page. Because they are bound exactly like most textbooks or hardback novels the pages sometimes have a hump where the opposing pages meet in the center even though the cover does lay perfectly flat. This only shows up from time to time and is based on which part of the specific sewn segment you are using , skipping ahead a few pages solves the problem. My only true complaint is that a plain - no dots or lines - version is not available and I really need one.

Excellent hardcover notebook!
I am extremely pleased with this notebook! It's sturdy and elegant with several string placeholders and a great external strap holder on the spine for a pen and a nice elastic band that holds the book closed, and is great to snap as well. It even has a hidden pocket on the inside of the back flap of the book that is perfect for storing extra notes, business cards, or snapshots. Seriously, this is an excellent notebook and I'm blown away that it only cost me about 10 bucks. I can easily see it being sold for $20+. Big thumbs up!
