Well, all three wheels are identical that were shipped to me with initial order. It was too tight to fit on the front with both brake discs on, and too lose with only one disc.I asked question here on Amazon about it, send the seller emails. No response in two weeks.It had been sitting in garage. One day I think that may be just fit it on two tight, so long as the wheel can move somewhat, over time as the plastic of brake discs wear out, wheel will move smoothly.
