Great box for wire splicing
You would use these boxes for wire splicing. It is designed for a seven wire trailer plug which I have used several for that purpose. This one is going to be used for the wiring of a multifunction switch in my jeep. Each button will correspond to a terminal on my switch to operate lights, air pump, lockers etc. With it being water resistant, it will work great for my needs.

Save time and get one of these
We run trailers for our business, it’s usually a matter of time before you have to replace the line because someone let it drag down the highway. This box makes changing out the line quick and easy. It also makes it so much easier to add on extra lights or whatever else you want. Well built box, not sure how water proof it will be but I’ll try to update in a couple months.

Great box...just don't over tighten
Love the box, except for the cheap post screws.First the positive: It is a well made plastic box that is a great way to organize the rat nest of wires your RV probably came with. Glad I made the switch.Only negative is the quality of the post screws/bolts. My box was fully installed and I was down to torquing my final post nut. Without ever feeling the nut bottom out, it started spinning on the post...stripped.Easy fix, but a pain in the rear unless you do it before install. I removed all the wires, then unclipped the plastic bracket that holds the screws. I bought 7 new HIGH QUALITY SS 5MM x 20MM hex head machine screws plus washers, lock washers and nuts. The old ones pop right out and the news ones pop right in. Snapped it back in place and VOILA! I have now turned it into a 5 star box.My fault for over torquing? Perhaps, but mine was barely snug when it stripped. Lesson learned? Don't trust cheap, easily replaceable screws. Replace them.

Dry and safe
The junction box is a perfect mid point in wiring, I used it just after the bulk head in my service van to make adding more wire connections easer w/o having to use tap-ins making the wires look crappy. The only warning is make sure you get all the screws and nuts. the nuts are not SAE and I am not sure they are metric. everything I bought wouldn't fit to replace lost ones. I improvised own connection terminal.Easy install, solid and protected.

Wording terminal box
I installed this box under my truck bed and it seems to be working OK, made terminations easier and neater, good for price.

Good Upgrade To Original Wiring
This is a great update to my camping trailer for the light wiring. Originally from the factory they just used a household metal junction box with wire nuts to connect the trailer cord to the wires of the camper, cheap if you ask me. Putting this on made it look a lot cleaner and tidy plus the wires are all in a heat shrinked eyelet with no possible way of water ingress. I took a little piece of foam and pushed it into the lid of the box just to make it a little more waterproof. The box has plenty of room for wiring and the provided plugs are nice to be able to put the wires wherever you would like them. The only downside I found was where the wires come through the box the hold downs are plastic and I had one crack on me but not a huge issue.

Missing nuts and washers
This product looks decent enough but I gave it three stars because it's missing some of the little nuts and washers. They were not packed in the unit itself they were just loose in the Box and the box was broke open.
