Great electric pressure washer
Great pressure washer, just wish it had another 200 psi to give!

Awesome machine--- but gets rough treatment en route from factory to customer
I did much research before selecting this unit--- for the type of motor and pump. (This is the third pressure washer I have owned--- the first two were cheap, and I think our “hard water” did them in. The type of pump on this unit is purported to be immune to hard water effects.)The first unit I received came in an undamaged box but the blue case was damaged on the motor fan end--- some pieces of it were in the bottom of the box. This was a concern to me and I returned the item to Amazon for replacement. The replacement unit arrived, also in an undamaged box, but its blue case was also damaged--- tho not as bad. It was cracked on the bottom and skewed so that the case folds did not meet/connect. I loosened the mounting screws and was able to restore alignment. I decided that I could live with the crack. But it also was leaking oil from the gauge. And the pressure wand casing was cracked and a piece of it was broken off.I decided to try my luck with the manufacturer instead of sending the unit back for ANOTHER replacement. The manufacturer's customer service was the BEST. Prompt, courteous, responsive. New case, new gauge, new pressure wand. It's a bad time of year to pressure-wash---January in Delaware. But an unexpected warm spate of weather allowed me to test the machine, and I did it all day long. I could not be more pleased. Powerful for an electric, it cleaned my house and porch/deck easily. I played with the regulator and the pressure can drop down to a level that I will be safe to use on anything, including my soft-top Jeep Wrangler. And unlike any pressure-washer I have ever used or heard, it's QUIET. Ah, quiet. Conclusion: This is a great machine. But unless they fix what's going on between factory and customer site, it might arrive in a perfect box but be inexplicably damaged in some way. Happily, the manufacturer is ready to make it right, if you don't mind the hassle. For me, it was well worth it.Hope this is useful.

Dead on arrival
I bought this a couple weeks ago but didn't test it because winter returned and it was too cold. Today was the first nice day since the unit arrived so I decided to unpack and test the unit. The first thing I noticed was that the blue casing was broken. I was a little unhappy but wouldn't return the unit for a cosmetic defect. Then I noticed that the pressure gauge was half full of water. The minute I plugged it in, it hummed briefly and tripped the circuit breaker. I tried another circuit and the same thing happened. The unit is obviously leaking internally and shorting. I'm pretty dissapointed and will return the thing to Amazon in the morning.

NOT an 1800 PSI @ 2.1 GPM power washer!
The AR610 is a 1200 PSI @ 1.9 GPM power washer. The rating is incorrect on Amazon. My initial experiences have been very poor with this power washer. My old 1300 PSI washer failed so I decided to purchase this "Prosumer" washer based on the promise of a long life and more cleaning power (based on the 1800 PSI advertised). When the package arrived it was in very poor condition. Amazon packed the AR610 carton inside an Amazon box using a minimal amount of heavy brown paper to restrain the 35 lb washer. After removing it from the damaged box I noticed the AR carton said it was a 1350 PSI @ 1.9 GPM washer. The data plate on the washer states it is a 1200 PSI @ 1.9 GPM washer. The manual is poor considering the cost of the unit. Important information such as how often to change the oil is missing along with numerous misspellings and poor diagrams. After some frustrating efforts to contact the manufacturer, I was able to confirm it is only 1200 PSI and now have the oil change information. After using the washer for awhile I can report the following. The washer is built like a tank; it is surprisingly heavy for its size and appears to be very well made. It is very quiet in operation. The motor runs at all times even when not spraying. The wand is comfortable and the spray pattern adjustment works quite well. The pressure can be regulated down from 1200 PSI.For me this washer is not a good value. It has less cleaning power than my old unit and it takes longer to get the job done. I have to set the spray pattern very narrow to get reasonable results while cleaning typical homeowner items like the deck, lawn furniture, north side of the house, and a small camper. For my purposes this was a bad purchase. It has less power, it takes more time and it's very expensive. It will have to last a very long time before it becomes a reasonable value. If it was 1800 PSI as advertised or if I was using it professionally it might have been worth it. Evaluate your requirements very carefully before purchasing this washer.

Arrived with a piece broken
It is a great little unit. It does not deliver 1350 PSI with even the smallest tip (I do not know why manufacturers do not tell the truth)It arrived with the plastic around the powercord broken off. It doesn't affect how it works
