I have been taking these for 2 weeks now and I have noticed they have helped me with a deeper sleep. I read another persons review where it had made her dizzy. Well that exact same thing happened to me. I was taking the suggested dose in the AM and noticed I would feel dizzy out of nowhere, and lose my footing. I didn’t want to stop taking the magnesium because it does help me and I was tired of taking the other brand I have had for a good minute now. The other brand had bigger pills that are not so easy to swallow and you gotta take 2 in AM and 2 in the PM so it’s a lot of pills to take just to get the recommended dose of magg. So figured I would switch things around to see if it would alleviate my symptom. So what I did was just take 1 Capsule in the morning and the other at night or evening. Haven’t felt dizzy since. The directions on the bottle does not say when to take them. It just says to take 2 capsules as the dose. Anyways so far so good. Easy to swallow capsules and best part u don’t have to take so much to get the benefit of the ingredients.

I'm a older guy. I eat well and lift weights. I started cramping up under my ribs several years ago. left side, right side then fingers started and calves. I was in agony. it came and came and went. when they started, I would grab salt water a banana and it would lay off. Doctors couldn't find anything in my blood, ultra sound, ct scans, x-ray, blood work nothing was off. I drink a little every night but I eat right and train hard. My recover shake after the Gym is a cup broccoli, spinach, beets, blueberries, banana, creatine and 50g of protein. the thing tastes like dessert from Dairy Queen. My protein powder is whey isolate but its vanilla ice cream. the entire shake tastes like im getting with something. Problem is, I was mixing with milk. Calcium and magnesium fight. I wasn't getting one of them. Last night before bed, I took a double dose of Magwell and I slept. I slept like I haven't slept in along time. Not only that! I woke refreshed and ready to go! My fatigue was gone, my cramps don't even seem possible. all day i have done things that set off cramps and no more cramps. Nutrition is everything! And from my experience, I know it really has magnesium. add d3 and zinc and its a perfect storm of absorption. I don't see great anymore and i checked spelling of absorption. turns out, I almost typed abortion. hope you find this helpfull.

I have been plagued by leg cramps so painful they would wake me in the night. In my research, I found that magnesium glycinate could help with the cramps. This seemed to help for a couple of years, but recently, I was not only getting the leg cramps, but the pain that comes after them. Often the pain that resembled the tightness and pain after a cramp would last for as much as 3 days or more. I found this magnesium supplement and decided to try it. I have been taking this supplement for a month, and I swear I have not had a leg cramp or the pain that comes after them for a month. Surprisingly, I have noticed other benefits since I have started taking two of these a day. I am 73, and refuse to limit what I do because of pain. I had been experiencing a lot of back and hip aches because I do a lot of lifting. Since taking this supplement, the back and hip pain is totally gone. In the past, I have also had some pains in my knees that happened primarily when I was carrying something heavy down stairs. These pains are also totally gone. In fact, my legs and knees actually feel stronger. As a side note, I have also noticed that I have been sleeping more hours without waking up and feel so much better when I get up. I can't honestly say what makes this supplement help so much. Maybe it's the combination of different types of calcium or the addition of the other nutrients it that may all work together. I can only tell you that this supplement has worked wonders for me. I am me again, and don't have to tolerate the pains I had before. UPDATE 8/12/20: I have had arthritic pains in one finger of one hand that caused occasional shooting pains in the finger and have also experienced some locking of the finger joints in the morning on most of my fingers. This has been happening for at least a couple of years. I have been taking this supplement for about 4 months, and recently realized I had not experienced either the locking joints or the pains in my finger. As yet, none of the other problems described above have reoccurred. I have also been sleeping more continuous hours and feel so much better. I couldn't be happier with this supplement and will continue taking it.Since adding the supplement to my daily supplement regiment is the only change I have made, I have to assume this supplement is causing all of the changes I have been noticing. This product has exceeded my expectations. The price is very reasonable for what you get. I used to clench and grind my teeth while I slept, resulting in morning headaches. Two days after taking this I stopped. My muscles are more relaxed, I sleep better, and I no longer get pinched nerves. The fact it has Vitamin D3 and Zinc that helps with absorption is a huge plus.

I dont know yet if this will work, because I took the first dose last night right after the item was delivered. I slept more than I usually do, however (I average about 5 and half hours sleep and last night I slept almost 8 hours!!) I dont know if the magnesium was to be credited or not, however it was good sleep. The pills are larger than I was hoping for as I have a difficult time swallowing large pills, but because they are a capsule (slick when wet) they went down quite easily with a sip of tea. They had no taste, and didnt seem to upset my tummy (which alot of time new pills/meds will do). Time will tell. I'll update this review if anything changes.

Ok, perhaps too early to tell

I have tried a few magnesium products which have helped me sleep a little. But since taking these I am finally falling asleep fast, and staying asleep until my alarm goes off. They also do not upset my tummy.
