This listing has conflicting specs. Can someone confirm this is an upcut 1/2" cutting diameter?

that is what I bought and received

Add says shank and cutting diameter is 1/2” but says 1/4” below in description! Which is it?

Mine is 1/2" and 1/2", I personally would not use a 1/4 shaft with 1/2" spiral if thy even make such a thing

What is the total length of this bit? Not its cutting length it's length end to end?

3 inch. Descent cutter for the price. I am using it to cut box joints on a router table. They are coming out pretty good as far as fit and finish go.

Just a router. I was cutting plywood and this bit worked much better than a standard router bit.
