Plastic bag was broken. Sakrete all over the packaging.
I needed it for repair of my hearth under woodstove. I had to repackage it so moisture would not get into it before I was able to use it.

I was disappointed. Not that it isn't good cement. Not what I was expecting. I wanted to use it for cement crafts and it didn't do what I thought it would do. I ended up giving most of it away.
