Not only that I do think it’s makes the toilet cooler in the night when it’s dark. You can get it to stay on one particular colour or on like a multicoloured flicking of colours. Unfortunately the one we received worked even in broad daylight so we returned it for a refund. Then it started behaving strangely, getting dim etc, so I charged it up (again only 1A rate on usb) but it never worked properly again. I've had several units, different models (including the non-rechargeable versions) and they have never lasted more than months - and sometimes just hours.
