Reflex from Naturtint Semi-Permanent Colour 1.0 Black 110ml

While I ordered Naturtint Reflex non permanent color Black #1 it was not the box you are showing. The one you are showing is a Henna Cream. I ordered one that never had Henna in it and I have been using that product for years. What has happened are you not able to show what I actually purchased? Has the product changed to a Henna formula?

I love that the product is gentle. My very sensitive scalp did not protest when I used it. However, despite a solid 45-minutes of letting the product "sit," my white roots did not look any different after using it. I've been using hair color for two decades, and I think, am fairly skilled at application. However, this literally was shocking in that my hair looked no different after using it. It could be that my very white hair is difficult to turn black, but it didn't even turn it gray, or light brown. I was very disappointed, as I wanted this to work and paid about $16ish for it.

Color doesn't last long but it's not damaging nor toxic.

This product does not even change the white in the hair for one day, as soon as you wash it off the white strands of hair appears immediately.
