Daher wollte ich ein robustes Telefon, was möglichst lange hält.Ich habe das Gerät jetzt 19 Monate in Betrieb und würde dieses Gerät nicht noch einmal kaufen.Grund ist die Verarbeitung: Die äußere Hülle löst sich seit etwa 6 Monaten in Blasen ab, seit 2 Wochen habe ich hardwarebedingte Speicherzugriffsprobleme, die das Telefon selbst aus dem Stand-by ohne Vorwarnung mehrfach am Tag abstürzen lassen. ### ⭐ Kein PTT und jetzt keine akustische Signale fuer Anrufe und SMS *by A***O on Reviewed in Germany on 25 August 2020* Das Handy hab ich gekauft, weil mir erzaehlt wurde, dass das Handy PTT (Push To Talk, eine Art von Walkie-Talkie) hat, was dieses Handy von allen anderen unterscheiden sollte. Wir haben gleich 4 Stueck gekauft, fuer die ganze Familie. Wir sind davon ausgegangen, dass wir in Gebieten, wo kein Netz vorhanden ist, die PTT Funktion benutzen koennten. Leider ist das in die Hose gegangen. Erst nach dem Kauf hat es sich rausgestellt, dass das sog. PTT nur mit WLAN bzw. mobilem Netz funktioniert, was an sich schon sinnlos ist, dafuer gibt es WhatsApp. Als wir bei den Ruggear Beratern darueber fragten, wurden meine E-mails mehrfach ignoriert. Klasse Customer-Support.Zweitens: Das Handy sollte angeblich robust sein, d.h. ich sollte es fallen lassen koennen, ohne Probleme. Nach einiger Zeit hat sich das Cover angefangen aufzublasen. Ist zwar kein Software Defekt, jedoch unangenehm. Fotos davon in Anhang.Drittens, und damit das groesste Problem: Vor einem Monat hat das Handy aufgehoert zu klingen, wenn ich angerufen werde, und vor ein paar Tagen haben die akustischen SMS- und Email Benachrichtigungen auch den Geist aufgegeben.Auf die Garantie zurueckzugreifen ist ziemlich abenteuerlich. Amazon waescht sich die Haende, und hat mir einen Link vom Vertreter in Augsburg geschickt.
